Welcome to the OPAR Policy Primer Wiki. Launched in June 2011, this project seeks to provide legislators and policymakers with a succinct explanation of science and technology topics which may appear in current legislation and other policy discussions. OPAR wants members of the legislative community to have as much information as possible at their disposal in order to make informed decisions about Science and Technology Policy. By definition, this wiki is a work in progress, and changes will be made on a regular basis.
